HelloI did some cross testing with older Versions of Jira/Servicedesk and i could get it to work fine on the latest 6.4. Jira Core patch/license works fine, and afterwards i imported the servicedesk plugin. I could see that the patch now also does something on the.obr plugin.

License for servicedesk afterwards was accepted by Jira. All fine.But i could not get it to work on Jira 7 where Servicedesk is treated as seperate program, not as plugin.So as a temporary solution one can download lastest Jira 6 and proper plugin from their Website and start from there. Even though I had 7.13.0 as 'draww' user had in the provided screenshot, I got the same errors as user 'calien', Jira Software did not load due to an unknown error and Confluence said it failed to validate the license.

It simply did not load after patching so I never had a chance to enter new licenses.I guess one must install specific version (bundled with DVT keygen on some other threads on this forum) to increase chance of this working.I downloaded the latest versions of Jira and Confluence and installed them to get the working system.Will have to try again later when newer patch gets released. After patched, I can't re-enable the service.
